Community for New Directions partners with South Mifflin to offer an in-school program for 3rd-5th graders,  called the Young Ambassadors for Peace (Y.A.P). Participants develop leadership skills and gain understanding of violence prevention and how to stop bullying that will enable them to become leaders and peace makers in their school.
